Yoga for Beginners

An event every week that begins at 5:30pm on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until April 19, 2018
This 6 week class will help you gain yoga skills by learning a safe way to approach and access yoga postures. It is a very instructive class with lots of guidance.
Classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:30pm – 6:15pm
Winter Session: January 16th through February 22nd
Spring Session: March 13th through April 19th
Fee: $60.00 per session
Preregistration is required
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat, towel and water.
